shrewd move by xlr8 ... offer the masses a group buy on their product or wait for some information which doesn't seem to be forthcoming for this product ... and possibly miss out on both.

I am grabbing popcorn because I went through the same ordeal. But patience is virtue. You will not be disappointed with ATLP.

oh I know.... The ATLP quads on the 3rd gen were one of kind. ATLP has the look, and note I'm after which will complement my setup.

Just looking back to page one it pains me to think we were talking deposits in Dec/Jan and here we are at the end of June and we're still spinning our wheels...

You'd think that if they really wanted to build these.. they would. My guess is that there is not enough interest to make it worth their while. How many have signed up for the set. 3, 5.. 6?

I am just guessing here since we've not heard a peep in way too long.

I completely understand where you guys are coming from with this. I am just trying to get as much info from Marcus as possible and relaying that info to you guys. If some of you don't already know, Marcus doesn't have a big company or warehouse, he only has one person that he employs. Most of the work is down by thrid party and he is always out talking to other companies that can develope his products and the needs of his customers.

Marcus is a busy guy, and I sometimes have a hard time talking to him. Everytime I see him, his phone is basically off the hook because he keeps getting calls. The only way for me to contact him is by email and he always responds to that. He would try to update this personally as much as he can, but I normally get the info from him directly and immediately put it up here for you guys before he has the opportunity to do it. But at times he would rather have me do it, because he may end up doing it for a while.

Sorry for the long post guys, but that is what I am getting from him. Again, I will update here as soon as possible. Thanks!

for the first ATLP product ever (V1 Quads for UA7) i was the absolute first person to put a deposit down.. i waited like 15 weeks for the product. it was absolutely perfect down to the last detail.

however, the company has changed hands... so Im not sure if that plays a part in this.

5 min on Azine frequently turns into 3 hours. I am in the middle of trying to get the Racingbrake stuff online now and look where I am posting (lol)

Not to sound too negative here but.. it does seem like the ETA on these is still a long ways off.

That's too bad.

Okay, I got this from Marcus...

Anyway, I spoke with Scott yesterday. We had another slight hiccup with the communication. I think we are having a hard time getting on the same page. But I think we are straight now. We are going to make a full/complete system on your car to check the sound and all. It seems to make sense than we should check the power increase as well. I am thinking of sending you to a dyno for a baseline (I would pay), then another one when the part is on the car. Can you fit this in as well? The dyno is in Wilmington, Church Auto Testing

Hoping we can get that done in the next few days then we can get the part made next week, send you back to dyno a few days later once the computer adjusts itself a bit.

Thats the update I got from him, so I am hoping that everything works out. Again, thanks to all of those that are patiently waiting for this, it will be worth it in the end!

Also, Marcus has told me that, someone has already pre-ordered one of these...so I take it that he's taking orders... ...

Baseline Dyno at Church Automotive Testing DynaPack

Wassup all, I finished a baseline dyno at Church Automotive Testing in Wilmington.

Here are the pictures

Keep in mind, the wheels were taken off for this. So, you would probably take into account a 10-15 minus HP and TQ

^^ CLICK ON PICTURE FOR VIDEO PLAYBACK ^^

We probably ended up doing a 6 run pull on this because it wouldn't register a couple of times and the car would just either shutoff or cutoff early. But in the end, we got it done.

This is the baseline run, Marcus is tasking me to contact Scott the FAB guy to set up for the actual construction of this, I will contact him this Monday first thing and hope I can bring it in this week.

Once the prototype has been made, it will be on the car for sound check and ECU realigning, then go back to the dyno. If nothing needs to be changed, we will go into production and get things going.

Well, minus 10-15HP for the wheels being removed. One of the techs also mentioned that it was underrated from Honda, the techs were pretty surprised with the results, so yea

its hard to see...but it does say "Corr: SAE" on both pages, Left side and it also mentions "Correction Method: SAE" on the HP page

Again, **facepalm** for the coffee spill and this is also on a DynaPack, it may vary from dyno to dyno. I also don't have a whole lot of experience on dynos, because they can get pretty expensive.

** update **

** UPDATE **

Just got back from getting the ATLP Prototype installed on my car. We had scheduled this earlier this week but didn't want to post it because of some possible skepticism. But it is done!!!

Here are the pix, I have videos...but it didn't turn out good and there is a load of traffic right now...I live right next to the 405 LAX area...so yea

Right now, there are no resonators on this prototype and I believe it will become an option, not sure yet. I will be heading back to the dyno this saturday for any new figures.

The video is a little crude because of all the background noise from the freeway. I'll try to find a place thats a little quiter, but there are a lot of cops around this area...I know because I used to be one of them hahahha

Here's one video that has decent sound. It has gotten windy today and some construction going on in the background...

Sorry about the video quality, didn't realize the lens was dirty until after shooting

With the windows up, the sound is quite but still has a nice rumble. With the windows down, it growls very nicely. But, I still would get the resonators because I have 2 small kids, that's just me tho.
