Does anyone have this installed?
Please post some pics if you do! I am looking to get a quad exhaust with just a tad bit more noise than my stock.

I did try the search but couldnt find any one with a 2012

 

i haven't found anyone with a exhaust mod on the 2012 tls yet...but i am really looking forward to see the result with the quad exhaust on the 12' tl

 

I am waiting for ATLP to test fit and show they will fit the '12.. no confirmation yet. I am interested.

 

Is there any difference on the exhaust system between the '11 and '12 TL? The only difference i can tell visually is the quad exhaust tip being replaced.
And like I said before...i really want to see a '12 TL with the '11 quad exhaust tip.

 

According to the parts and service manager at my local dealership, the exhaust system from the '11 will not fit the '12. I asked him about buying the '11 quad tips and he said that Acura changed the pipe configuration and I'd have to go to a muffler shop or buy after market to get the custom exhaust.

 

What a shame! Acura should have just kept the quad exhaust on the AWD TL.
I have been searching for after marketing exhaust tips, but nothing is really catching my eyes at the moment. I am really hoping for the after marketing companies to make a replica of the quad exhaust tip. And i think by doing so, it would make a lot of 12's TL guys happy out there.

 

You can always just cut the tips off and replace them with quad tips. Any decent muffler shop can do that. And that allows you to pick the exact tips you want.

 

Where does one find tips? and then.. finding a reputable muffler shop....

 

I can sell you mine stock tips.

 

I'm working with the guys with ATLP on an exhaust for my 2012 TLS. He says it should work as he received confirmation from another one of his customers.

 

Correction: I'm working with the guys from XLR8 exhaust systems

 

call me skeptical... I have to see proof of either ATLP or XLR8 fitting the '12.
