What's the best iSimple for an '04 TL with Navi?

What's the best iSimple for an '04 TL with Navi?
There are a bunch of options, I'm not sure what to get. I'd like integrated steering wheel controls, and maybe video playback for the passenger but that isn't really isn't that important.
