Due the extreme heat and age of my 2009 TL, my HDD crapped the bed. I purchased a take off HDD from eBay and installed it without success. Not only it tells me it cannot access HDD and contact the dealer, my clock stopped showing on the radio LCD. I called around the dealerships and quoted me 1100 for the fix. I was thinking of purchasing a working head unit from eBay and do a direct swap l; plug and play. Has any one tried this with a success?
