Stereo/Bluetooth Doesn't Work

Stereo/Bluetooth Doesn't Work
I have 2010 TL base, today I received a phone call with the Bluetooth. When I hung up, the audio, clock, etc went dead!
The screen now says " Enter Code " ?????
Does anybody know anything about this?
HELP

did you get a radio activation code on a plastic card when you bought the car? if so, enter that code, if not, bring it in to the dealer for a check up.
