Running 4 Gauge Wire from Battery to Trunk

I'm trying to run a cable from the battery through to the trunk - but I was wondering aside from drilling through the firewall if I had any other options (eg. a open grommet near the driver's side).

How did everyone else do it?

Have you made any progress with this question, I'm about to be faced with the same issue?

No need to drill firewall. I ran a 4ga a month ago. If you remove the drivers side wheel well, there is a rubber grommet that you can run the cable through. You can't see it from the engine compartment. Must remove well. 4 clips i think.

Dont ruin your firewalls!
