Removing factory amp

Removing factory amp
Hello everyone,
I wondering if anyone has removed the factory amp on their 2009 TL, I just installed new aftermarket front and rear speakers also replaced the 8in subwoofer, I also installed two amps 1 for the front and rear speakers and the other for the subwoofer. I'm getting a lot of static coming out from the speakers.
my question is can I remove the factory amp? Is there any other devices hooked up to the factory amp?
I've been to two audio shop and they don't know
thank,
