Hey guys,

Im wondering if any of you have encounter/noticed any flickering from the screen when the rear view camera is trigger? I might be taking the car to the dealership but nevertheless, I am just checking if its a normal thing or not.

 

I have never experienced this.

 

are you starting the car and putting it in reverse too fast? mine does that when you dont give the car atleast 10 secs after start up to load up.

 

could be. let me observe that next time i start up the car and after waiting for the navi to boot.

 

Go into diagnostics mode and check the rearview. Might be a faulty connection somewhere. Hold the Cancel, Guide, and Dest buttons together for 3-5 seconds on the map screen. Go to hardware test (second option) then go to check monitor and then go to check rearview camera.

 

mine has funny resolution when its really cold out like-30C
