Quick question regarding nav brightness

New to this forum so I'm not sure if this has been asked/answered in the past.
2010 TL Base with Tech. I'm trying to find out how to have the max brightness on the dials and buttons while at the same time having the nav screen dim at night automatically.

Currently I have to manually dim the nav screen at night using the "moon and sun" brightness button (just to the bottom left of the "interface wheel" not the one on behind the steering wheel)

Not a big deal, but I'm sure there's a way to adjust and I haven't been able to figure it out...

Thanks,

Using the brightness button ( on dash behind steering wheel ) go full bright and then down 1 push of the button. That will give you what you need, and also make sure you have the settings setup properly to auto dim when the lights are turned on.
Hope this makes sense, I had to play with mine also to get it to auto dim.

How do you set it up to auto dim when the lights are on? I've tried messing with it and have had no success with auto dim. It used to auto dim by itself but I pushed the Nav brightness button once and ever since then it never auto dimmed again.

Thanks,
