power window goes up then down?

power window goes up then down?
My driver one-touch goes up fine. The passenger goes up about half way then goes down a bit then stops. Is it broken, or is it a safety feature of some sort?
I've had the car for about a week so far, and haven't noticed it except a few minutes ago in the garage.
it's an 07 if that matters

Hi,
Sorry, but I am not familiar with this issue. However, you may want to post this in the 3rd Gen section, as you may find others with a 2007 that have had a similar issue.
