Im going to replace my battery soon so I know ill need the radio and navi code. I have the anti theft ID card that came with the card and it only has one sticker, which is in the Radio slot with one code number and one serial number. The navigation slot on the card does not have a sticker or any number written down, so I was just wondering if the navi and radio code is integrated into one ( I have a 2009 Acura TL sh-awd) or is it 2 separate codes ( 1 code for the radio and 1 codefor the navi)


I looked in the glove box and I didnt see any stickers with the navi serial/code.

if there is 2 separate then I was just wondering where I get the navi serial number so give the dealer the info with the vin number. On the navi screen I went to info--> system/device information and it displays "databases, software, and Device" next to device it has a series of numbers and letters separated by 3 hyphens(eg 01XX-02XX-03XX-04XX), I was wondering if this is the nav serial number the dealer would need to get the code?

 

All you need is the radio code.

If you have a jumper cable, attach it to the new battery before disconnecting from the old.

This way, you don't have to setup everything, such as memory seats, electronic preferences, radio settings, etc., all over again from default.
