I have read a ton on this site about this PROBLEM. How do I fix or diagnose it. I tried running the DVD cleaner through it but did not work. Any ideas? Please help? My ride is on 06 TL fully loaded with 30 k on it. I have only had it for a month. I have not tried cutting all the power to it yet, I don't have the codes (I don’t think) the disc is good. I tried it in another TL. Thanks Maxwell

Wrong group, but I will help. If you are SURE it is the disk, you can get one off EBay for cheap. If it is NOT the disk but the dvd player, then you can contact alpine and they will fix it for about $100. The dealer will want 2K, so guess which is the best way
