Hello,

I own a 2010 TL and have XM installed. The only issue is when key fob #2 is used XM is unavailable. Any suggestions or is this a dealer fix?

It should be.

All of your radio presets, AM, FM and XM are individually married (separately) to each key fob, ergo each driver has to set up his/her own preferences. It's nice when you think about it, albeit something of a pain in the rear. You set one and assume it's set for both only to discover it isn't. Thank goodness this doesn't include the HDD.
