Just wondering, I have my phone book imported from my BB into the TL, but when a call comes in, it still only shows the phone number, no name, so its so hard to figure out who is calling.

Why is this? Is the system not smart enough to figure out and put the number matching the name in the phonebook?

Or am I doing something wrong?

 

It could be an issue of the phone adding a 1 in front of the number. A lot of providers do this now as it makes roaming easier. However, when a call comes in, it doesn't have the 1 in front so it won't match. Check the phone book and confirm the number that's on there.
