How does one change the 2005 Acura TL 12 volt accessory outlets from being switched (and thus turning off with the ignition) to being unswitched and staying on all the time?

You would have to find a wire under the dash that was hot all the time, and splice your hot outlet wire to it. Thats the simple answer. You could get a ad a circuit and wire to the fuse block as well. Very easy to do if you know what you are doing.
