I have a Chamberlain Whisper Drive. My husband and I both have 2016 Acura TLs. The Homelink worked fine in both cars until recently. Now mine will not close the garage door from outside. It will open it and it opens and closes the door from inside the garage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

You must have TLX's, not TL's. Welcome to the forums. This is the 4th gen TL section, that only goes to model years 2014. Does his still operate correctly or have both stopped working outside the garage? Have you tried reprogramming it? It sounds like a distance issue, that the receiver isn't picking up the signal from far enough away. Another option is to look on the garage opener and see if there is a reset button of some kind.
