HDD transfer from '09 to '12 TL

I have a 09 TL tech and have music on the HDD. I am looking to get a 12 TL and was wondering if there is a way to transfer information from the 09 HDD to the 12 HDD. Thanks.

yes to take out your radio-navigation unit then hdd (it's behind radio-navi) in old car to take out your radio-navigation unit then hdd (it's behind radio-navi) in new car. To attach both HDDs to computer and to copy files from one disk to another.
