Finding Radio ID

According to the manual, finding the Radio ID is as simple as hitting the "Sat" button, and then tuning to 000. When I try this, however, I can't get to 000. My tuning skips from 002 over to 017. There's something simple I'm missing...anyone know what it is?

Also, I did search for this before creating a new thread, so if anyone wants to point out that there's already a thread, please tell me what you searched, as clearly I would have missed something there as well.

Interesting, my manual states if you lose the radio ID you must obtain it from your dealer (and you'll need to provide the audio system's serial number).

It seems I can't upload the page from my manual, but on page 238 (of mine), it states "To get your radio I.D. number, press the ((XM)) button, then turn the selector knob until "CH 000" appears in the display. Your I.D. will appear in the display."

It's the radio I.D. That's seemingly what they call it. It's not the Factory Radio Code (which is what I think ucf_bronco is thinking of). I think it is used exclusively for satellite, though. I could likely call XM and have them simply give it to me, however I'd like to figure out why I can't find it. I must have already found it at some point.
