Is there a way to do this with a CD or on the HDD? I can't seem to be able to fast forward a song or rewind a song. I don't mean skip to the next song, i mean fast forward 30 seconds or so. Sorry for not looking at the manual, it's in my desk at work.

Press and hold the << and >> buttons to rewind back and cue forward.

try holding down the +/- button that you use to switch tracks on the radio. I remember that this wasn't mentioned in the 3G manual either.

i found out my problem. i tried all the buttons but nothing worked, then i realized i was trying to fast forward and rewind while the HDD was trying to rip the CD, it won't let you then....
