Dim screen in cold weather

I have a 2009 Tech and i have been noticing that when it's cold, the nav screen seems to need to warm up before it is at full power. It is like the screen is on a dimmer switch. Any one have the same problem.

This is not an issue when above 7 degrees Celsius.

Yes, very common in cold weather. Nothing to worry about.

Yes, I do. It is 30F out and I just started the car and noticed same thing. Agree that it is probably nothing to worry about.

Last year when it it -20C, the screen would have a slight refresh lag. Also normal. Just the nature of LCD's.
