Bypassing the "Disclaimer" Screen?
FWIW, in 2008 BMW got rid of the disclaimer screen after the car started. Although I am pleased to see my wallpaper photo when I start my TL (and forget to push the "OK" button) perhaps Acura/Honda's attorneys could figure out that 15-seconds of that "Disclaimer" screen is enough. If the Germans could resolve this, maybe the Japanese can?
That said, perhaps someone on this board has figured out a way around this?
TIA -

Of course...the reason is that some lawyer told them to put it there. Somehow the lawyers for BMW, Garmin et al figured out that it's ultimately worthless if no one reads it anyway, and the producers figured out that it's annoying. Too bad Acura can't figure that out. Be nice if there were some consistency between models in the Acura line. I can dial a number on my phone on my screen in my TL while driving, but in a loaner RDX, I could only do that if the car were stopped.
