Bluetooth Stopped Working

Hi,

I have a 2004 TL and about a week ago, while I was on a call using HFL, it transferred to my phone and the phone icon disappeared. I tried to repair my phone to the car, but the repairing kept failing. I walked into my car yesterday and the phone icon displayed, but disappeared a few minutes later. I did some research and it seems like my HFL unit might be dead. Since my warranty has expired, is there any way to fix this from Acura without paying? I saw some articles about Service Bulletin 05-020 for 2004 models.

Any help would be appreciated...I don't want to spend $900 to fix the unit.

Thanks!

Try rebooting your phone by removing the battery. A few times I've had BT abnormalities and all the time it was the phone (Blackberry). I had to remove and reinsert the battery. Turning it on/off didn't work.
