Bluetooth-Others have trouble hearing me?
I have a 2009 TL Tech and I get alot of complaints from people I am talking to on HFL that they can't hear me. I try to talk in the direction of the roof console (Manual says mic is there). Has anyone heard of this issue? Any suggestions?
maybe try speaking louder? (I dont know, I dont have mine yet, but once I do, maybe I can be more helpful)
also, make sure the windows are up and the fan vents arn't blasting in it's direction (although I think the fan speed automatically lowers when using voice control of HFL, if I read correctly?)

Make sure the volume is up on the phone, at least that was my initial problem. I figured out the bluetooth volume is must be up on the phone to be heard in the TL. This also works with bluetooth audio for playing my ipod. By the way this is all iPhone in my scenario, but maybe it's applicable to your phone. What phone do you have?
The tour has issues using almost all bluetooth devices. Check out crackberry.com for 37 pages of post with people complaining about the tour. The fix is in a new OS version 4.7.153 i think. Some think version 5.0 will be out first. Some say turning off TTY and Encryption on the tour fixes the issue.
FIX is in
I just got my new TOUR yesterday and loaded the east asia newest release OS to the tour. Phone works great with HFL.
