Hello all im brand new to this forum and looking for a little help.

I just bought a 2014 TL and from the little I know about acuralink, it seems it has its fair share of quirks.

1) When attempting to make a voice call via call command on the steering wheel i noticed i don't have any feedback or responses. I have yet to hear the software engage in the preset responses EX: "pardon".
2) I have set call tags for my speed dial list however when trying to make a call via voice activation, it times out and does nothing.

 

I found on my 2012 that I had to turn on the voice tutor to get vocal feedback. If its not on the system will only been in response to a command. It's a pain to have on though because you have to hit the voice button twice each time you use it.
