It appears that I will need an act of Congress to get this service to work. Is it even worth it? None of the AT&T options will connect, so not even sure it will work at all...

 

I'm not sure anyone in the free world has been able to make it work.

Try sticking your left leg out the passenger door while you hold the driver's side rear window button down and sticking your head out the sunroof.

Who knows? You might just get lucky.

I think I tried to set it up in the RDX around June, 2007. Shorty after I thought, "I don't really need this." Never even bothered to try it with the TL.

 

Once you get it working all it does it send diagnostic information to Acura about your vehicle so they can send you a "canned response".

i.e. -
Low fuel (Acura server response: Add fuel)
Low tire pressure (Response: Add Air)
Service Due Soon (Response: Schedule service soon)

and so on...

I don't see the point to be honest. Never worked for me in my various Acura's -- always with AT&T service though.

 

Hmm... Sounds pretty useless. I will focus on getting the the xm traffic package.
