Also, you can't really form dependability data in 1 year, so the whole idea is silly.

It's survey data, self reported, aka useless.

 

It's a good measure for a one year test, whatever that is worth. Still there are some variables and it says almost nothing for long term reliability. I don't believe it is a pure mechanical reliability result, stuff like minor quality issues and nuisances probably also count, worse they may even be grouped together but I could be wrong.
