Wiring fog lights to parking lights

Does anyone know how to wire our fog lights to come on with the parking lights? I'm sure this has been addressed on here somewhere but I can't seem to come up with anything when I search.

if you do a serch there is a diagram how to do it. I have this done on my car. You are going to have to rewire the fogs with its on switch and bypass the wiring in the car. There is no safe way to use the car wiring and switch. I found a lighted honda fog switch that fits the dash and look oem. Its really very easy, but you must know how to wire a relay. If you put in LED fog lamps, then you could wire the fogs directly to the parking lamps, for an easy cheap way. No matter which way you do it, you will need to buy new fog connectors and unplug the factory ones. when you sale the car you can just plug the factory ones back in.

If you cannot fine the wiring diagram I can repost.

I have been searching on this myself for days and have been unable to locate anything on it. Either way, I am going to look into this myself as I have done it on most of my cars.

Usually all it requires is you getting into the RELAY box in the engine compartment, find the Fog relay, and move the sensor wire away from it sensing the headlights and put it on the parking lights. That is all.

Sir, there is NO Relay or I should say the relay is built into the cpu. Its is all switch by computer. I have the factory manual and I am an engineer. the manual shows, the wiring going in to then out. 12V comes directly out of the cpu. You are correct, in the older acuras you had access to a rely and could use the oem wires. I did this on my 06 TSX, but the 4G tl is a whole new ballgame. They don't even show the circuit of the ECU in the manual.

I find it hard to believe that the CPU is supplying all that power to those fogs. That is too much for a CPU to allow. Please post the manual so I can review it too please. There must be a relay.

What he means by CPU is actually the controller unit which has internal high current solid state silicon switches to supply power to the fog lights. Thus no external relays.

OP, Step back and ask yourself, "Will this make my car faster? Corner better? Perhaps it will improve my stopping distance from 60-0?"

Leave it.
