you have to change out the whole side mirror.
folding mirrors are for Canadian version TL which are bigger in size.
will require some electrial work.. its not to my liking but here is the link

The "folding side mirrors" option is not available for Canadian specs 4G TL's either.
It is only available for the Asia market, such as China.
