Hey guys i had a flat and used the spare tire for a day, couple hours after driving on the spare the traction control light flashed for a bit then i felt the car stutter.
since then my traction control stopped working, when i press the button nothing happens the light dosen't come on and when it rains the back end spins out.
what are my options here guys? i can't seem to find anyone with similar issue.

PS. why didn't they put a full size spare in the shawd cars!!!

I'd get the tire fixed ASAP and get the spare off. I'm not sure what's going on but it may have something to do with no TPMS sensor in the spare (I don't know if that's the case or not) or the SH-AWD system sensing reduced weight, torque, etc. from the donut.

Very few cars have full sized spares anymore. Many cars are going away from including ANY spare tire.

Running with a tire without the TPMS sensor makes the vehicle unable to shut VSA off, and could result in the sort of behavior you describe. Getting the tire back on with a TPMS sensor should make things go back to normal. It's not the size of the spare that's the issue - it's the TPMS sensor, and the "failsafe" mode that Acura programs in when you use the donut spare....
