That's terrible man. Sorry to hear that, people are such scum bags. They're just jealous that you have a great car that they can't have. What exactly did they do to your car? On the other hand Mayan bronze metallic is an awesome color. I'm having my grill painted to match my car as well and I think you should definitely do it as well. Good luck!

if your car was vandalized.. i wont be surprised that it would happen again.. also i would stay away from getting wheels.. probability that your car will be on bricks is really high.

Agree.

If you park your TL out in the open, your Vossen wheels will be gone in no time, because no amount of security devices nor wheel locks are gonna prevent it from happening.

I'm guessing your car got keyed. Usually I see a bunch of red cars get keyed around my area. Just those kids thinking they represent some sort of gang/color... Pretty lame

well fuck..

as i said before.. i wont be supervised if it happens again.

do you happen to have an angry ex btw?

cuz all damage points to someone that really hates you.. they didnt just go down one side.. he/she went to the trunk as well too.. so you were the target.

Seems like somebody is real angry with you or someone with too much time on their hands with nothing better to do.

Either way it sucks, was any other cars in the area vandalized?

Doing mods to your car and leaving it outside all the time will only cause you more grief. I agree with Potmilkz, you will have to find safer parking.

The painted grille is a great option.

Yes. Please! Don't be lazy anymore. Put it in the garage even if you're gonna leave it unattended for 5-10 minutes. I really hate to see someone doing that to something you worked hard for.

1. Buy a really nice alarm for the car with sensative shock sensors.
2. Buy a nice motion sensor and flood light for the driveway.
3. Buy a nice, legal, pistol. Your choice.
4. Wait and teach lessons.

Ah, yep. You pissed off a spiteful bitch. How do i know? Because only a bitch would do that shit. Mine was worse as "bitch" ran over the top of my car denting the roof.

Park it inside and stay away from that crazy hoe.

Sometimes it's not even out of spitr. Local kid got arrested for keying someone's car. He claimed to not know the guy and was dared to do it.

They might of just not liked how you parked. I bet 50 percent of the people posting in this thread have done damage on purpose to at least 1 vehicle in their lifetimes. I even get ppl throwing coins, etc at my car while I'm driving. If you drive too fast for their liking or pass someone legally they will follow you to a parking lot, wait for you to go inside, then damage your car.

I know I will get blamed for others throwing stuff at me though.

Video surveillance.

Video surveillance.

Video surveillance.

Do not buy a gun. A scratched car is not worth killing ... or going to jail for the rest of your life.

Surveillance camera first, then let the police take care of it.

Are you really suggesting that he get a gun because someone keyed his car?

Hahahaha. No.

A gun shouldn't be used unless you intend to fire it and you shouldn't fire it unless your life depends on it.

But I will say it is better to have a firearm than not... (this situation need not apply). Proper training should follow.

As well. There are ways of properly using a fire arm even in cali, even how to properly fire at someone when you are in danger.
Though this situation should not escalate as such and a fire arm should not be needed. Maybe I should have put in a disclaimer.

Catching someone vandalizing your car is like a nightmare of mine. I have no idea how I would react in that situation.
Wonder is shooting someone with ano arrow is the same charge as firing a gun. Pew pew

Alright because the way I perceived it was this, someone posted their car got vandalized, so you made 2 suggestions to help prevent it

Then you made two other suggestions, which to me, maybe I'm wrong, made it sound like he should buy a gun to protect his car

My two cars have been broken into and I had installed motion cameras in front of my house as well as getting this baby. Helps ease off the anxiety.

Yes I told him to buy a gun. Everyone should be able to protect themselves if need be. Training should follow said purchase.

I apologize though. I have said before in other forums how quickly one will be arrested for shooting someone.
Op, don't shoot anyone.

That said. You should be prepared if you live in a poor neighborhood.

A woman scorned? Yes or no... I think parking it under lights, and cameras recording from the inside would be your best defense. As much as the car is valued, it's still not worth taking a life, theirs or yours (jail)! I wouldn't park it in the same place without a plan after it's fixed tho!

I'm really thankful for a garage right now!
