Congrats - your price is by no means "terrible" and you're getting a great product. Enjoy the car - don't fret about the few hundred bucks you might have saved by waiting - it's not worth the risk of loosing the car to someone else, IMO.

Congrats on your purchase from Park. Do you live in NEO? I've bought my two TL's from Park, a new Mazda 3, Civic, and Ridgeline (2 used cars too!) - They've always treated me well, and the services is superb.
