Is it definitely and either/or proposition, 'cause if it's not that makes the answer easy...do both But if it is, how much do you dislike the grill vs how much do like the '12 headlights? I know, I know, I ain't no help at all

If you are serious about both of those save up until you can do both at the same time. No need to take the front bumper off multiple of times...

Headlights

Where are you getting the '12 headlights from? I looked at them online a few months ago and they were over $800 each. Do you know how to get them cheaper for the '10?

1+ on being too low. 2-4" raise maybe? also do not soften suspension on such low ride height,,, you might bottom out. do you do high speed driving? if yes raise the height and soften suspension a bit, this way tires will not lose grip on fast bumps.

oh ok in that case i recommend 1 in raise lol i dunno man just my preference. i do think that acura has too much wheel gap, but also i do not like to further reduce ride comfort. it already is borderline on acura cars.
