Too much for extended warranty?

Bought an 8yr/120K, $0 deductible Acura Care warranty from Bernardi for the same price as Hyannis Honda - Bernardi's initial price was high, but later came down to match the quote from Hyannis.

I just picked up last Saturday a CPO 2010 TL w/Tech & 18" SH-AWD wheels with 44K miles on it. I was able to get the 7yr/100K mile wrap warranty for $1,125. I think I did ok or should I return the warranty and get from Curry Acura?

just picked up my brand new '12 yesterday and they wanted to charge me $2400 for the extended 8yr 100K miles warranty. Told them no and counter offer $1200 and they took it right away. I know I can get it for that price because we just got that price for my wife MDX ext warranty last year.
