TL not in the cards
TL not in the cards
My plan was to pick up a 2010 TL SH-AWD after resolving some financial issues. Well, just as the issues were resolved, my wife's car starting failing. She found and fell in love with an 08 Infiniti FX35. The car sitting next to it on the lot was an 09 M35 AWD (loaded). I'm now a proud M35 owner. Want to thank everyone for their input and great information. Will be back in a couple years (I run through cars every three years).

Below 36 after all said and done. Could've had a brand new TL, but I think I made out better all considered (CPO, new model design, price,). If it were a G37 (new or CPO) and TL I would have gone with the TL, but this worked out well. Just got back from a 45 minute winding road drive and can honestly say no regrets.
I just finished my lease of an FX, tried the 2011 M, bought the TL.
I really enjoyed the FX but wanted something livelier. The M is plusher than the TL, accelerates, handles and brakes very well. In the end, the greater sportiness of the A-Spec TL was what won me over. Congrats !

I happen to love the lines, liek the G's big brother with similar styling and a very nice interior. To be honest I find that it is not built as well as my 09 SH-AWD was, but it is a nice ride. I liek to compare it to my 09 SH-AWD like this, the TL was way more fun to drive, the M37S is far more pleasurable to drive, more a long distance cruiser than winding road car, but it does corenr well, nowhere near as well as the SH-AWD TL.
