Where are you going to get the wheels? They do not come on the production model, just like they eliminated the LED's.

I think they nailed it. Lower, wider, 275lb lighter, better MPG, less drag resistance... Exciting times for Acura fans, hope they don't let us down with the TLX.

The wheels in the pic you showed look real good but those are the prototype wheels. The pic below is the production MDX that Acura is showing at the NY auto show since last week and those wheels IMO don't look too good …

I know it resembles the RLX styling which I like very much, but I think the previous gen was more handsome.

The proto type looks sexy, the production model looks more like a van from this pic.

Agree, current gen looks more balanced and aggressive. They RDX'ed it.

I may be in the minority but I really like the pronounced beak of the previous generation of all the Acura models. The beak is still there but much more tamed now. Non of their models look futuristic anymore. I do not think the masses were ready for that yet but people have accepted it whether they like it or not. When I still had my '09 my friends would call it a spaceship lol. Still has the aircraft like cockpit though. And yea, I love all the crazy buttons too. Another complaint most people had and to be honest, Acura just preferred to use more buttons instead of knobs. It's really is a simple layout but maybe too button happy for most people. Do people complain that there are too many buttons on a keyboard??? They all serve a purpose!

It looks OK, but as mentioned, they RDX'ed it. The Interior looks extremely similar to the RLX so I suspect this tells us where the TLX is going.

The knobs/mouse clickers look great but pressing a button is much easier. I don't think the TL has too many buttons, find the layout functional. The only arguable superfluous buttons are maybe the Sirius category one, but that is nice to cycle through sections so I like its there.

Don't matter much. The MDX is not a sport SUV.

Well I tend to like the design over the current MDX. When we test drove a 2012 MDX before we bought our Pilot, the third row felt a bit cramped to us. It seems they have widened the interior and made it longer so now you may be able to comfortably fit 3 in the third row.

I don't see the led drl in the production pictures. I hope they keep it standard. Or maybe they integrated it into the jewel led headlights.

I like the looks of the interior from the pics. the exterior looks a little toned down from the current MDX.
