Good afternoon my fellow Acura enthusiasts! I would like to get any suggestions on not too expensive ideas to boost my 2012 TL FWD to about 15 more HP to the wheels.

 

if you are open to going catless, you can free up 15 HP right there.

other than that, it will be VERY hard to increase wheel HP...

you can spend thousands and thousands and never hit your goal of 15 hp....

or you could just do the easy way and add nitrous

 

strip everything out of the interior.

 

^that's one easy cheap way to gain 15hp!!

 

What do I use to sit on? A crate. LoL! :

 

We have state inspections where I live. How would I get around that during the inspection?

 

Put everything back in


after inspection, take it all out

 

Add one of these I hear they're good for 25HP.. Sorry couldn't resist..



As the others said no easy way to add 15WHP to the TL.. You can and add an exhaust and intake which may make your "butt dyno" feel like you boosted power at first but that's about it.. I have a Takeda intake and while I like the sound at open throttle that's about the only benefit I can see..
