getting the cars airborne was the most interesting part

yes all of the episodes of Test Drive a little more than commercials for whatever car they are driving

pretty tame

dont think I even saw em shift the 6speed manual

very fluffy probably scripted

I thought they did say they were driving the 2011 TL at the start of the show

if correct looks like the 09 and 10s

they are going to be the exact same car until 2012, just like the previous generations. 99-01 were the same then the mid model change happened 2002 until 2003. 04-06 were the same until 07 for the mid model change until 08. Now were the 09-11 and in 12 we will have a mid model change until 13. And so on and so forth.

This car has such a great sound system! Not so much on AM radio as I heard the Padres win another game! Then on to XM radio! Nav-Traffic was Perfect and it also found us the perfect Italian restaurant on Balboa Island!

Now it is time to relax and watch my girl LISA take care of business on Ice Road Truckers! Still watching for the SH-AWD TL pass those trucks on the Dalton!

I agree. Since the video should have a 'shelf life' of a year, it makes sense to call it the 2011 even if it is the 2010.

i've watched quite of few of Speed Test Drive w/ TK and you're right, that show never has any complaints on any cars. It's always positive stuff, whether they're real positive or not, we don't know. for any potential buyer, you would want to know both positives and negatives. also, they don't compare it to it's direct competitors, just drive around town and around the track in slow motion, so it's not really a good assessment of how it really handles. but great video though!

This test drive is what made up my mind on the 2012! I caught it on Speed late last week and the choice was made. now the 5-6 month wait is going to kill me!
