I had some time to power this lights last night and I am disappointed, the leds are not as bright as the oem ones. IMO not worth the installation and dealing with not being able to return them. I think I will pass this time and probably smoke vinyl wrap my stock ones.
I'm confused, did you expect that your light output on a "smoked lens" would be better than the oem clear lens? I don't think these were designed with the goal to increase light output...
I think they look pretty good and basically what I expected for light output.

More powerful LED could totally compensate for smoking the lense.
What I expected was not such a difference in light output to the point that could possible be really hard to see on bright sunny days. If you like them go ahead and buy them and please post some pics, what I did was return them and order some medium black smoke vinyl film.
I am glad I did not install them, Unique Style Racing DOES NOT accept installed parts, also they will charge a 20% restocking fee if the items are not in mint/like new condition. And it is fine with me being the genuine pig sometimes lol.
Anyone installed these on their 2012 TL? I'm just wondering if the mirror itself just needs to be popped off the housing or if I need to actually remove the door panel? Thanks.
I figured it out. All I had to do was pop the mirror off and then remove 2 screws. Much easier than I thought it would be. Hardest part was being out in the heat, LOL.
