Simple and easy WHITE halogen DRL's

I found a great solution for the yellow DRLs. These are WHITE and quite a bit brighter then stock.

Simple and cheap replacement. Of course no errors because its the normal specs.

Nokya 9005 Artic White 65W
They are supposedly 7000k.

They look blue when off. They just look plain WHITE. I'm quite pleased.

I only got them this evening so I will try to take better pictures. But I got these.

drl low beams.

blue tinted when off.

Would love to see one bulb of the new on one side and the factory on the other in a dark picture (no flash). Been looking for a "good" bulb to get rid of the yellow.

Looks nice and clean dude. There is only one problem with that. The "yellow" color emitted by the stock bulbs are easily seen in foggy conditions. Unless they are true LED's like the ones on the Audi then they will be useful.
Don't get me wrong I am not saying that your lights are completely useless just that they are less useful.

They were recommended to me by a guy at a store in my neighborhood actually that customizes rides. They were really cheap. Like $40 for a pair.

I will take some more pictures when I get a chance.

Aren't the DRL's the same as the high beams with a dimmer circuit? If so, wouldn't you actually turn on your low beams and, ahem, fog lights in foggy conditions?

I use these on my tsx, a few caveats though, they are not pure white and in person still look yellowish a bit, but alot better than oem looks, they are dimmer than stock, but the biggest downside is that the highbeam is pretty weak. The biggest upside is the awesome blue look reflector when the lights are off. They are definitely worth using
