RV6 PCD and J pipe install Issues

so few months ago I purchased the J pipe from RV6. and installed on OEM Cats. if fit with some prying. lol Last month I bought these off Ebay since RV6 does not make PCD anymore on HFPCD which i did not want. I finally decided to install them I however I cannot get them to bolt on. I can get rear to match with J pipe, but front is like 2 inchers off and towards the passenger side. its not even sitting in its Oil pan channel for it. I finally got the front and rear studs in the j pipe flanges but only 2 per PCD. the wholes for the 3rd stud do not align up. I am so confused why it is so hard to install these? I was told by the eBay seller to install on the studs first on each PCD and then insert the bolt . for the 3rd. but they are to far off.
Some background on me,. I am mechanically inclined. i have been turning wrenches for over 20 years and working as a professional Heavy equipment and Diesel Mechanic for over 12 years. here is a pic of the j pipe you can see how it sits when i have all 3 studs from rear PCD bolted in the j pipe.

you can see the j pipe is not sitting in its channel.

return the PCD's. you got sold the wrong item, or a mislabeled item, or an item that does not fit at all.

you could make it work by creating a spacer block or pipe to fit in-between the jpipe and the rear exhaust pipe.

There's a very specific order to bolt them all together. Not that I remember what that is. That being it looks way off from those pictures. So far off as Justin said, probably best to return them.

This is the reason why rv6 is the go to... Because you can always expect them to fit properly.

20 years of experience should lead you to believe most things (car related) purchased from ebay are shit quality. Return them and look for name brand ones.

I agree with the other guys. They sold/sent you the wrong item. I'm running RV6 pcd, exlr8 jpipe and endless catback ehaust. Everything lined up perfectly.

you cannot buy PCD cat less anymore, due to new EPA laws. even from RV6.com. they only sell the HFPCD which i do not want. as far as returning that is not an option. the rear cat was Hell to remove and putting it back in is not an option, plus all the labor time ive spent. so far im 6 hrs. the car is at muffler shop. it will be ready today by 5pm. they are going to cut the flange align it up and weld

A muffler shop can work magic. With cutters, welders, and pipe benders, they can fabricate even the impossible into possible.

Please share your pics after the installation.
