A redesigned TL, TSX or any other model is only half the battle. Assuming Acura builds cutting edge, RELIABLE, fuel effecient, and desirable vehicles competetively priced sales should hold their own or improve. Styling has to be pleasing enough to attract the masses (the jury on the '09's is still out, IMO the front end leaves a lot to be desired).

IF Acura could institute the customer service oriented dealership/service model that Lexus owners now enjoy across the entire Acura dealer network WITHOUT a substantial price increase then they would be accomplishing something. Word of mouth advertising is much more valuable than anything Acura could pay for! We are inundated with flashy car ads on an hourly basis as it is.

experience at the dealership would be the formula to put Acura on the map.
