Quantum Leap

I took a quantum leap this week trading my 2004 Grand Prix GTP for a new 2012 FWD Advance. It is Mayan Bronze with the parchment interior. All I can say is WOW!! I test drove both the AWD Advance and the FWD Advance. I really liked the way the AWD stuck to road but the 19” wheels really seemed to have a rough ride compared to the 18” wheels on the FWD. I think it is going to take me up to 6 months to figure out how all the features work unless I can find a copy of “TL for Dummies”.

I really liked the GP but it was time to move on and I don’t think I am going to regret it for a moment. The only thing I am going to miss in the GP is the “heads up display”. I thought it was sot of a silly option when I got the GP but it was very addictive.

Very nice looking! It is one of those colors that wouldn't work on any car but looks great on the TL.

Enjoy it! As you mentioned the heads up display, I have become very accustom to the blind-spot indicators. Now when I get in another car I find myself constantly looking at the same spot to see if the indicator is illuminated before switching lanes only to find myself staring at a tweeter, etc.
