$5,000 off MSRP (includes the $2,000 dealer incentive) is about right at the present time for a deep discount 2009 TL with FWD and Tech package. You got a good deal.

$33,380 is a great deal. Dealer must have had a whole boatload in inventory as that price eats into the holdback if I am correct.

yup, the build date was from DEC of 2008, it had been sitting in dealer's lot for almost 3 months now.

Noobie here, but is FWD the super handling all wheel drive or just the standard front wheel drive?

I paid 38 and change in September for my FWD, so 34 and change is damn good

My local dealer quoted me $38,400 for the AWD+Tech+protection package, including all fees except sales tax. I'll probably bite tomorrrow!

Friend got FWD with approx. $1000 accessories and waived dealer "delivery fee" for 35. I'm sure this was mainly due to the $2000 dealer rec'g from Honda. This supposedly ends 3/31 - will be interesting to see what happens after that!
