Hey guys, sorry to resurrect this subject, and this may be old news, but after studying the CSC for the TSX, it looks as though, with the flange position and everything else it may be a very close fit for the 4G SH-AWD 6mt TL's.
If you correct for orientation, check the photo's out.

The ONLY difference seems to be that the chamber that holds the check valve has a C-clip and stopper, as to where the 4G TL's version, the end is capped over. I think I might buy one to confirm...
The Ktuned CMC&Slave kit for the TSX [and RSX / EP3 / 8th&9th gen Si] is also supposed to work on the 4th gen TL, so I don't see why this one wouldn't work. I don't personally have the kit installed yet, but it's on my wish list. With this kit the only thing to maybe address is the length of the clutch line, I hear it barely reaches, so I plan on ordering a spec length one from P2R.
Keep us posted if you order one, and also on how difficult it is to remove the check valve.
