Just purchased this 2010 TL SH AWD. I knew it needed work but I am willing to do it. Got a few things I want to ask you experienced Acura folks. So Ill list the CEL codes and other stuff and let me know your opinions.

2010 Acura TL SH-AWD odometer reads 140k miles, carfax shows over 200k so likely rolled back or new cluster installed.

AWD error - run about two or three minutes then cones on and awd stops working. From my research likely low fluid or weak batter. Thought?

p2647 - oil switch sensor did not have continuity, going to replace. Possibly something else common? Going to replace gasket and screen also while im at it.

p0497 - could be many thing. May have exhaust leak, bad o2 sensor, evap valve? Whats most likely or best place to start. Already replaced gas cap, non oe

p145c - likely related to p0497.

Loud vavletrain - heard this is common, checked hydraulic belt tensioner seems to be working fine, likely pitted cams?? Was thinking anout throwing in some 10w30 or 10w40 to make it quieter…lol

could any of those issues (maybe a vac leak) also cause soft brakes? I bled all of them except for 1, the bleeder broke (new caliper on order) but the other three had no air in them that i could see.
