Angry Paint peeling

This is my second 4G TL (also had a 2012) and never had a paint issue. Has anybody else had a simiar situation where the paint began peeling on the bumper? I only have 3k miles on this 2014...

Is that the quarter panel or bumper? I would take it back to the dealer.

Yea looks more like a mark / scratch from someone trying to pry it open for whatever reason. If that is actually the paint peeling off the bumper and the bumper doesn't have an indent in it, was the bumper ever repainted? I've seen paint peel off that was done in a cheap paint job

Nope... it was never repainted. I drove it off the lot with 7 miles on it this past May 13th.

I had paint shrivel up on the window pillar and start to peel. Took it into the dealer and they replaced it under warranty.
