Options to replace/modify fog light "housing"

I have a 2010 TL in WDP and really don't like the cheap black plastic housing just inside the foglights (as seen in the image below). Are there replacement parts for this? Easy modifications?

While I know that replacing the whole front clip would certainly work, it isn't exactly cost effective.

Any input would be appreciated!

Not sure what you're talking about. The fog lights are housed by a silver/gray bezel. Are you referring to the piece to the left of that? If so, never seen a mod for that, or even a reason why one would be considered.

I plastidipped the gray bezel around the fog light itself and think it turned out pretty well. See the link.

No, I mean the parts to the right of the fog lights in the below image from your thread. The four slotted areas look tacky imo.

I think it would look better "open" if that makes sense.

I think it probably serves a purpose like allowing as much airflow as possible, while also blocking any larger objects from getting through and damaging the vehicle.

The "air duct" in the front does nothing to cool the brakes inside that wheel well. Without any plumbing connected to the rotor, it is useless.

Didn't say anything about brakes. Radiator, maybe?

Has anyone color-matched that part? I think it might look better being matched to WDP.
