Oil consumption tsb b19-052

Hey guys does anyone know if the newest revision tsb regarding the excessive oil consumption will allow an owner to still get tested to see if his car qualifies?

I know it technically ended September 1, 2019, but the newest revision allows for a clause for folks that are in waiting of parts etc. wanted to know if this will apply if I took my car to the dealership next week to try to get the official oil test and change done. Any advice and experience shared would be very helpful thank you in advance

Depends on the year and milage. The warranty extension paperwork I got said unlimited for 6 months THEN 8 years or 200,000km from original date of purchase whichever comes first.

But I'm in Canada and if you're not, I guess it may have said something different.
