Now do an oil change at 30-40% of the oil life and this problem will not happen again.

New pistons and ring
Acura warrantied the job. I paid nothing. I change oil every 3,000 miles. I’m doing full suspension from to front to rear upper and LCA ACURA offered me 18,000 for the car. I said no thanks.

The car must be pretty low miles for it to be under warranty
why are you replacing suspension parts?

$18k offer for an 8 year old TL is wild. How many miles on it? And yeah, why are you already replacing the full suspension? Has it failed or are you just replacing it with higher performing parts?

Replaced struts
I replaced struts OEM Acura and H R springs 6 mos ago. Right rear strut blew out. So I bought MOOG UCA and LCA and rear control arms all six of them. Having them installed next week the bushings and ball joints are 8 yrs old. It’s time. I’ll have em done by the 15th. Let you know how it’s goes. I also did timing belt when the did pistons. Car runs amazing. It’s black with umber interior. Advance package 19”wheels stock

Moog rk. ?
I’m going with MOOG rear uca and LCA I don’t race the car it’s a daily driver. In the front I’m going with MOOG uca and Beck arnley LCA sister brand of MOOG. Since I don’t see MOOG making LCA for my car. I’ll keep u guy posted

Rear suspension on 2014 TL. Sh
I replaced rear upper control arms and ALL of the lowers 8 lowers. I used MOOG. All CK parts. What a difference the car has only 80k on it. I’m totally satisfied with the way it rides.it’s so much tighter. Rides like a new car. I have ordered Beck Arnley for front UCA AND LCA. I’ll keep you posted in case you care.

All of those Moog/BA parts are a significant downgrade from the factory parts in terms of quality and safety. If they last 10K miles, it will be a surprise.
I would keep the factory parts on the car. There's no reason to replace if you're not seeing actual issues. 80K miles is way too early to replace factory control arms/ball joints. They work fine well into the 150-200K mile range before any significant wear.
If you want to replace them as part of "maintenance", I would really strongly suggest going with a honda/acura part.
You will almost surely have issues with aftermarket replacement chassis parts in the next 10K miles or so.

The bushings in front and rear were shot as well as the ball joints. I replaced everything we’ll see what happens. I’ll sell the car if that happens. You hit a bump you heard it bang I blew out brand new Acura oem strut. It was time. I don’t hit rod the car I’m an old man.

It is really strange for factory bushings to fail in 80k miles. Maybe someone worked on the car at some time and did something incorrectly?
Anyway, for your safety....keep an eye on those aftermarket parts.
Here's what happened to my Beck Arnley arms in 5,000 miles. That's not a typo. 5 thousand miles.
The boots are junk. They let water in.
The grease is junk....so it does nothing to cushion or lubricate the plastic bearing.
The plastic bearing and all the tolerances are junk. The bearing broke apart fully and came out in chunks.
Everything inside was rusted.
These would have caused an accident if I didn't catch it.

Every "OE replacement" part I've seen in the past is absolute trash.
Lifetime warranty just means they'll replace it one time for you, but with more trash.
Most of these aftermarket suppliers don't even make or develop their own parts. They just buy them and resell them. No consistency or quality control.
People in the 3G TL forum have had lower ball joints seperated from LCA's because Moog provided improper hardware.
My original 180K mile Acura ones were in perfect shape. I had to go back to those after the beck arnley failed.
If the aftermarket could make a part as good or better than a factory part...can you imagine how expensive it would be?
Only saying this for your safety. Check the parts often now that they're aftermarket.

Thank you
Thank you bro I took your advice and stopped. I’m going to get OEM front LCA and UCA.s. Eventually I will remove rear upper UCA which I installed. I was thinking about safety sometimes I like to hit the pedal I can’t have a ball joint give out at 100 mph. It’s just not worth saving a few hundred. Now I’m trying to get refund from parts geek. / and advance auto.what are you thoughts on the rear ward MOOG lower arms and sway bar links? I have those installed too. I will leave those for now see what happens. Thanks bro

The rearward lower arms and swaybar links won't last like the factory arms. But a bushing or link failure in that case won't pose a big safety concern.
If you go with new factory parts, you can save money by going thru an online dealer. bernardiparts.com or acurapartsforless.com or dozens of others.
good luck!
