New member with a serious question.

Hey guys just wanted to say Hi and ask a big question. As of right now Im looking at a 2010 Acura tl base model white with black interior. The car is in perfect condition with 19,000 on the od. I got the dealer down to $24,995. Drove the car and loved it. My two big questions are is this a good deal or am I getting screwed. My second question is I need this car to last a long time and I've had a Acura before and loved it. Any input would be great and wish me luck.

Price seems about right for NY metro area but you should disclose location so that other members can chime in. Is it CPO btw?

Seems about right with the mileage taken into account. For that price it should be CPO as well. I bought my TL Tech for $23,995 with 45K miles. The car is really starting to grow on me as a daily driver.

Yea they were offering me that but I can't get it because this is my first big loan on my credit history even tho I had great credit. I'm just too young in the credit world but I got approved for a good loan threw my company's credit union.

Wishing you the best of luck! I'm in the same boat as you. Had a great credit score but limited history as I've never taken out a "big" loan. The APR is negotiable to an extent so don't buy into them saying stuff like "Oh because of your limited history, we can only offer you x%." I was able to get them down from their initial offer. Not sure if you knew already. If you did, disregard my statement lol. Just trying to help out another fellow AZer. Good luck!

I greatly appreciate it thank you. Yea well the company I work for has there own credit union and they offered me a great rate in my price range. The dealership is gonna try and match it but I doubt they will. Just happy about the car. I had a 2002 A6 for almost 7 years and love the car especially the twin turbo engine. I loved the car but the ride quality was the best about it and I felt the Acura to be even a smoother ride then my Audi so Im extremely happy about that. Just hoping to not get the mod bug ya know. Yea like that wont happen lol.

I had my last TL (First Gen) up until it hit 240,000 miles and then I sold it for $2,000 bucks. Other than routine maintenance, the only repairs it ever needed were a new stater motor and a new muffler, no other problems. Not an indicator of all TLs, but I came back for seconds after that repair record.

Yea my family mechanic says there great cars and they service them all the time and they said they never get issues with the car so it's a good thing. I think this car might be with this guy for a while. I'm the type of person who keeps his cars until they die lol

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new ride. You got a great color combination (same as me) and what appears to be a good price on a low-mileage vehicle. Just hope you don't regret not getting the Tech package.

Welcome-you're getting a Honda here. They're known for running and running and running.

Yea I know it's a Honda. My first car was actually a Acura integra ls. Loved the car. Even bought a motor from japan from the same model but they called it a Honda Integra Xsi. Im very happy to be back since I need to be a adult for once and get ready to potentially start a business soon. Just pray that my creditors get the check to the dealer buy 10am tomorrow then I can drive away in my brand new 4gTl . I will have picks up soon.
